It just isn’t possible to achieve fast sustainable weight-loss and good health.
(It is possible, for a really quick weight-loss, to have surgery , and then have your stomach stapled. Not my choice. I will leave that between you and your medical adviser. Be sure to ask about the risks attached to this form of “quick” weight-loss.)
In the meantime, for those who wantinstant weight-loss, you can forget it, unless you are prepared for serious risks to your health. Both diet pills and crash diets are worthless for long term weight-loss, and can create harm for your body.
