The reason I have not been posting for the past six months is because I have been occupied writing a book on teen health.

I hope to have it completed in the next six months. More details about its content shortly.
Just a taster  – the book is what I describe as a Documentary Novel, and it’s about a teenager called Alex, and the maternal grandparents. It covers a range of problems affecting teenagers in the western world, and is readable for all ages.
