You may have wondered where I have been, and what I have been up to. (Maybe you haven’t even missed me. Heaven forbid!)
Well I shall tell you anyway.
Since February I have been writing a book.
I am just over half-way through (I believe), and hope to have it completed in the next few months – providing I find sufficient time. I don’t know about you, but I seem take on more tasks than I can handle, which keeps me out of mischief, but has a tendency to make me “run not walk”, when at times I should actually be ambling!
What is this epic about? Weight loss? Lifestyle choices? Exercise?
Come on man, for goodness sake spit it out!
Friends, it’s a novel with a difference. First and foremost it’s about the difficulties faced by a thirteen year old girl who suddenly “discovers” she has become overweight. Not an uncommon occurrence in today’s Western world.
What is so different about this amazing story ?
Sorry, I cannot reveal that to you right now. But you shall be the first to know the instant I am ready to print, and if you ask me nicely, you, my friend on my mailing list will be sent a free copy postage paid.
I will still continue to write a blog whenever I am able but in the meantime, I ask you pray for my endeavours.
Kind regards,
Alan
