Caution! Weight-loss pills may cause you harm.
Having lived for 70 years with minimal medication, and still fit and virile, I am extremely wary of weight-loss pills. Only one weight-loss pill (Alli) has been approved by the FDA in US, and that has serious question marks against its name.
Most of them claim to lose weight quickly, which for me, paints an even blacker picture. Many of the “amazing weight-loss” pills are soon removed from the market. Very few survive for more than a few years.
You may not know, but all chemical medication has a side-effect. Most medicines admit to several side-effects. Weight-loss pills are no different, and who knows what long term problems they may produce.
Weight-loss pills basically remove water from your body, so you will lose weight quickly. I will not labour the point. My choice and strong recommendation for weight-loss is only use pills as a last resort. If you must, check with your medico first.
I have a another tip.
Better than pills!
Drinking water helps me keep a stable weight. Water is a surprising “filler”. Often you will eat to obtain water, or you will eat to accompany a coffee or cup of tea. Water is healthier, and helps keeps your weight in balance.
